What data is processed and why

This website has no forms or registration systems: no data is collected through any field on the site. The processing that exists is:

• Email contact: if you write to info@hacomarcg.com, I process the data you include in that message — such as your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of the communication — in order to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, manage a possible professional relationship. Legal basis: the taking of pre-contractual steps where the enquiry relates to a possible provision of services (GDPR Art. 6.1.b) and, where applicable, legitimate interest in managing and responding to the communications received. I keep this data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or for as long as any resulting professional relationship lasts, and in any case until you exercise your right to erasure — without prejudice to any retention periods required by applicable tax or commercial regulations should a contractual relationship arise.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4), only if you accept the "Analytics" category in the cookie notice. Google Analytics processes data related to the use of the site, such as pages visited, certain interaction events, and some technical device and browser information, depending on the measurement configuration enabled. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a), withdrawable at any time from the Cookie Policy. The configured 2-month retention applies to user-level and event-level data; it doesn't affect Google Analytics' standard aggregated reports, which the platform may retain for longer under its own configuration.

This site is hosted on Hostalia, which acts as processor for hosting the site's files. No data is shared with any other third party or used for advertising purposes.
